Do I need to be fit already?Most asked

No. The program meets you exactly where you are. All movement practices scale from beginner to advanced. If you can walk, you can do this program.

How much time per day?

15–20 minutes for the daily practice — 28 daily practices across the four weeks. Plus the module video once a week (about 50 minutes). Total: about 3 hours per week. Optional: 8 guided morning & evening meditations (~15 min mornings, ~30 min evenings) — included in the program.

What if I miss a day?

Missing a day is part of the system, not a failure. Each week includes a bounce-back protocol so you don't lose momentum — and the four-week structure assumes life happens.

Is this live, or self-paced?

Fully self-paced. There are no live group sessions and no scheduling — you get full access the moment you join and work at your own pace. The structure comes from the weekly modules and a weekly check-in by text with Marius.

How does the weekly check-in work?

Once a week you check in with Marius by text — message him by the end of the week, and he replies within 24 hours, every day except Sunday. The four-week program includes four weekly check-ins, one for each week, plus two personal calls — an assessment call to start and a blueprint call to finish.

When does it start?

Any day you like. The moment you enrol, the whole program opens — there are no cohorts and no fixed dates. Start today, or whenever suits you.

Does the program include guided meditations?

Yes. The M3 Midlife Reset includes eight guided meditations — one morning and one evening practice for each of the four program weeks. The morning practices run about 15 minutes and the evening practices about 30, each designed to support the focus of that week.

Do I need equipment?

No equipment is required. The Movement library uses bodyweight practices drawn from yoga and functional training. If you have a mat and a bit of floor space, you have what you need.

Is this a medical program?

No. The M3 System is a health education program — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have an existing medical condition or specific health concern, consult your qualified healthcare provider before beginning.

What makes this different from other programs?

Most programs give you one piece — workouts, or a diet, or meditation. The M3 System integrates all three pillars into a single daily practice — the same approach every ancient healing tradition independently arrived at, validated by current systems biology.
