We use cookies and similar tracking technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session-quality analytics, including heatmaps and rage-click detection) — to remember preferences, analyse traffic, diagnose form & page problems, and support marketing. Clarity operates in strict-privacy mode: form inputs are masked in session recordings, and we may tag sessions with the email address you voluntarily submit on a form so we can correlate technical issues with the right visitor. Where required by law, we will request your consent via a cookie banner before non-essential trackers are loaded. You can manage these settings through your browser and through the cookie banner shown on first visit.

The Meta (Facebook) Pixel deserves a specific note. It is a small piece of code that lets us measure how well our advertising works — recognising, for example, which website visits, masterclass registrations, and purchases followed from a Facebook or Instagram ad — and lets us show relevant ads to people who have already visited our site (retargeting, also called Custom Audiences). To do this, the pixel shares limited event data — such as page views, registration events, and purchase events, together with technical identifiers such as your IP address and browser — with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which processes that data under its own data policy as an independent controller. Where required by law, the pixel is loaded only after you consent via our cookie banner. You can further limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
