Upon purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. By purchasing, you agree to the price and payment schedule shown.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases. Changes do not affect already-completed orders.
Payment plans.
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all payments due across the schedule, even if you stop using the program.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access until the account is brought current.
Digital products & consumer rights.
We provide digital services to customers globally. If you are a consumer — particularly in the EU or UK — mandatory consumer protection laws apply and are not waived by these Terms.
By completing your purchase of any digital product or service, you explicitly consent to the following:
"I expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and/or commencement of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge and accept that by consenting to immediate access, I lose my right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation right) under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU)."
This waiver applies to all digital products, online programs, downloadable materials, recorded content, and live-access services where delivery begins immediately upon or shortly after purchase. Your completion of checkout constitutes that consent and acknowledgment.
For participants based in the United States, no statutory cooling-off period applies to digital products or online services. All purchases are final — see §11.

11.1 General policy. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. This applies to coaching calls, masterclasses, webinars, downloadable products, and any digital content for which immediate access has been granted.

Live sessions & replays.
Schedules and replay access terms — including duration of access — will be disclosed on the relevant sales or checkout page for each program.
Sessions may be recorded where stated. By attending, you consent to the recording for the purposes described.
Booking & rescheduling.
- Booking depends on availability and is confirmed on the booking page.
- Rescheduling by us. We may reschedule due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. We will offer the next available slot.
- Rescheduling by you. Notice required: 48 hours. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as used.
User conduct.
You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users, members, or staff.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to breach platform security.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Intellectual property.
All content — including text, videos, audio, graphics, assessments, frameworks, and the "M3 System" name and methodology — is owned by or licensed to Marius Koller — The M3 System.
No part may be copied, redistributed, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Testimonials & feedback.
By providing testimonials, success stories, or feedback — whether by email, in community channels, or in writing — you grant us permission to use them for marketing or educational purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
You may withdraw this permission at any time by writing to info@mariuskoller.com.
Third-party platforms.
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our service:

We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or policy changes of these third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.
Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marius Koller — The M3 System, its representatives, and its service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms.
Privacy.
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
