The M3 Midlife Reset is a structured 4-week program built around three pillars — Mindset, Movement, and Metabolism. Each week focuses on one pillar before integrating all three in Week 4.
The program includes:

A.02When does the program start?
The program runs on a rolling Saturday entry model. The official launch date is May 23, 2026. After that, new participants join every Saturday and complete their four weeks from that entry point.
A.03How much time does it require each day?
15–20 minutes for the daily practice, plus one module video per week (approximately 50 minutes). Saturday live masterclasses run 60 minutes. Optional morning and evening meditations.
Total: around 3–4 hours per week.
A.04Do I need any prior fitness or health experience?
No. The program meets you where you are. All movement practices scale from beginner to advanced. If you can walk and follow a daily structure, you can do this program.
