The M3 Midlife Reset is a structured 4-week program built around three pillars — Mindset, Movement, and Metabolism. Each week focuses on one pillar before integrating all three in Week 4.

- A weekly check-in by text with Marius
- Two personal calls with Marius — an assessment call to start and a blueprint call to finish

A.02When does the program start?
The program is fully self-paced. You get instant access the moment you join — start the same day and move through the material at your own pace.
A.03How much time does it require each day?
15–20 minutes for the daily practice, plus one module video per week (approximately 50 minutes). Optional morning and evening meditations.
Total: around 3–4 hours per week.
A.04Do I need any prior fitness or health experience?
No. The program meets you where you are. All movement practices scale from beginner to advanced. If you can walk and follow a daily structure, you can do this program.
