Is this live, or self-paced?
Fully self-paced. There are no live sessions and no scheduling — you get full access the moment you join and work at your own pace. The structure comes from the weekly modules and a weekly check-in by text with Marius.
When does it start?
Any day you like. The moment you enrol, the whole program opens. There are no cohorts and no fixed dates — start today, or whenever suits you.
How does the weekly check-in work?
Once a week you check in with Marius by text — message him by the end of the week, and he replies within 24 hours, every day except Sunday. The four-week program includes four weekly check-ins, one for each week, plus two 1:1 calls — an assessment call to start and a blueprint call to finish.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. The program meets you exactly where you are. All movement practices scale from beginner to advanced. If you can walk, you can do this program.
How much time per day?
15–20 minutes for the daily practice, plus watching the module video once per week. About 3 hours per week.
Can I do this with my partner?
Yes — and it is encouraged. The M3 System benefits men and women alike, regardless of gender. A few elements are geared a little more toward men, but most of it — sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, mindset — benefits both of you just as much. One person enrols; the other is warmly welcome to follow along.
Can I do this alongside TRT or HRT?
Yes. The M3 System and hormone therapy are not mutually exclusive — many people do both. The program addresses the lifestyle factors (cortisol, sleep, movement, nutrition, gut) that hormone treatment alone does not resolve.
Is this a medical program?
No. The M3 System is an educational program for men in midlife. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a specific medical concern, consult your physician.
