The Ankh is one of the oldest symbols in human history — the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph for life itself, carried for 5,000 years as the emblem of health, vitality, and eternal return. For thousands of years it was held by pharaohs and healers, carved into temple walls, and placed at the threshold of sacred spaces as a single declaration: this place is consecrated to living well.
This is not coincidence. It is intention. Marius Koller, as founder and design creator of the Sanctuary concept, chose the Ankh as the organisational principle of the entire master plan from the very beginning — before a single room was planned, before a single stone was placed.
The circular Sound Meditation Centre crowns the northern hilltop — the loop of the Ankh. The horizontal wings house the Movement Pavilion east and the Healing Wing west — the crossbar. The Heart sits at the centre of the crossbar — the point where the horizontal and vertical meet, the living core of the property. The vertical stem descends through the coaching spaces, healing kitchen, and communal life to the main arrival gateway at the southern base.
The Ankh symbol is carved into the stone above the entry gate arch — the property's architectural mark, distinct from the M3 System logo, and the first thing every visitor sees on arrival.
Egypt joins Ayurveda, Stoicism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, and Buddhism as the ancient wisdom traditions woven into every layer of the M3 System. At the highest point of the M3 Sanctuary — the loop of the Ankh — sits the Sound Meditation and Spiritual Centre. A circular building. A domed ceiling with a single oculus open to the sky. Tibetan singing bowls at the centre. Salt lamps at floor level.
Sound healing is documented across Asian healing traditions for over 2,000 years. Modern neuroscience confirms the mechanism — certain sound frequencies shift the brain from beta into theta and delta waves, the deep regenerative states associated with cellular repair.

The Heart. Where everything comes together.
At the centre of the Ankh — the precise point where the horizontal and vertical meet — sits The Heart. The largest gathering space in the Sanctuary. The room that makes the community possible.
A multi-purpose indoor/outdoor hall with a vaulted Terrae-Calce ceiling, three brass dome pendants, and a raised timber teaching stage at one end. Large bi-fold timber and glass walls open fully in good weather — when open, The Heart becomes a covered outdoor pavilion with the Sierra Blanca as its backdrop. When closed, it is a warm, acoustically rich interior hall that holds the community through any season.
By day it is a teaching room — where Marius teaches, where resident practitioners run workshops, where the M3 programme comes alive in person for up to 60 people. By evening it becomes a community dining room, a celebration space, a live music venue. The stage that held a morning lecture holds a handpan musician by night.
The Sanctuary is not separate from the M3 System. It is its permanent home.

In the 1990s, Sir Marius Koller was CEO of Paracelsus Schools — the largest naturopathy school network in Europe. Sixty schools. Six thousand students. He spent years how to be healthy.
Then he moved to Miami and spent fifteen years ignoring most he learned.
Co-founded Global2Night, a media company in Miami. He lived for 5 years in Key West, Florida, where he served as Sales Director at the Hyatt Vacation Club — leading fractional ownership and vacation club sales. During those years, he co-founded a concierge company with a model to take over the concierge desks of partner hotels — and setting a new standard for what hospitality could feel like for its guests. Back in Miami Luxury Real estate. Investment consulting. VP of Le City Deluxe Magazine. Co-Founded House Yacht Living, a marketing company for the world's largest fully sustainable Solar Yacht. Then came Supply Disaster Inc — the company he co-founded during COVID, supplying personal protective equipment to hospitals and governments across the globe.
He looked successful. His body was presenting the bill.

What he rebuilt became the M3 System. And the place he stood — looking out over the mountains above Marbella, the Mediterranean on the horizon — became the answer to a question he had been asking for years.
