Do I need to be fit already?
No. The program meets you exactly where you are. All movement practices scale from beginner to advanced. If you can walk, you can do this program.
How much time per day?
15–20 minutes for the daily practice, plus watching the module video once per week (about 50 minutes). Saturday live masterclasses are 60 minutes. Total: about 3–4 hours per week.
What if I miss a day?
Missing a day is part of the system, not a failure. Each week includes a bounce-back protocol so you don't lose momentum — and the four-week structure assumes life happens.
Are the sessions live?
Yes — every Saturday with Marius, 60 minutes each. Teaching, Q&A, and accountability. All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours if you cannot attend live.
What if I miss a live session?
All Saturday masterclasses are recorded and added to the platform within 24 hours. Live attendance is encouraged for Q&A and accountability, but not required.
When does it start?
The program runs on a continuous 4-week cycle starting May 23. You can join any Saturday and complete the full system in 4 weeks, regardless of your start point. Each module is self-contained.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment is required. The Movement library uses bodyweight practices drawn from yoga and functional training. If you have a mat and a bit of floor space, you have what you need.
Is this a medical program?
No. The M3 System is an educational program for adults in midlife. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a specific medical concern, consult your physician.
