The M3 Midlife Reset gave you the system — the knowledge, the framework, the tools. You understood what was possible when all three pillars aligned. Now imagine taking that and removing every obstacle from around it.
Your inbox. Your obligations. The noise that never fully switches off. The environment that quietly pulls you back to who you were before you started.
For four to seven days, there is only this. The work. The rest. The transformation. And one of the most extraordinary private estates in the south of Spain.
Welcome to the M3 Marbella Retreat at Retreat Viluz.
The Viluz retreat is the living origin of the M3 Sanctuary — the permanent residential healing centre being built in the mountains above Marbella. The guests who come to Viluz are the founding community of what comes next.

Retreat Viluz is a private four-hectare estate in Marbella, designed from the ground up for immersive transformational experiences.
When your group arrives, the property is yours. Entirely. Every room, every space, every corner of the grounds — reserved for the M3 community alone. No shared facilities. No strangers at breakfast. No lobby noise. Just the group, the programme, and four hectares of Marbella at your disposal.
Marbella in autumn is a different world from the summer season. The crowds are gone. The temperatures are perfect. The light turns golden in the late afternoon. And everything slows to a pace that your nervous system has probably been asking for longer than you realise.

Yoga and breathwork. Outdoors. Marbella light. Approximately sixty minutes. The yoga deck at Viluz is purpose-built for this — a wide organic concrete platform set into the hillside, opening onto the forest and the mountains beyond.
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, written around 400 CE, describe yoga not as the perfect posture but as the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. What we practise here is therapeutic yoga — accessible at any level, focused on breath and awareness, led by Marius, drawing from decades of personal practice and Yoga Alliance International teacher training in Bali.

The sound healing space at Viluz is unlike any room in the programme. Tibetan and crystal bowls. Salt crystal lamps. A Buddha in a hand-carved niche. And a quality of silence that the world outside does not offer.
Sound and resonance are traditionally associated with shifting the body and mind into deeper states of rest — practices long used across Tibetan, Vedic and Greek traditions. The sessions are designed to support that quality of stillness, and many guests report it becomes their favourite hour of the entire stay.

Every meal at Viluz is aligned with M3 Metabolism principles — Ayurvedic nutritional frameworks, Mediterranean ingredients, seasonal produce from the estate and local organic markets, and a deep understanding of timing. Not just what you eat. When. And in what state.
In 2017, the Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded for research into circadian biology — the science of how the body's internal clock governs virtually every metabolic process, including digestion. Modern chronobiology suggests digestive capacity peaks late morning, and that eating late may disrupt the metabolic processes that happen during sleep.

Every ancient healing tradition — from the Greek symposium to the Ayurvedic practice of eating in community — understood that shared meals activate the parasympathetic nervous system. No screens. No agenda. Some of the most meaningful moments of every retreat happen not in the sessions — but at this table.

The Viluz kitchen is where the M3 Metabolism principles become something you eat. Seasonal produce. Precise timing. Preparation methods drawn from Ayurvedic cooking philosophy — which understood fermentation, spice combinations, and the relationship between digestion and mental clarity thousands of years before nutritional science gave it language.
You will eat differently here. And you will feel the difference before the first day is over.

Therapeutic massage is not an optional extra on this retreat. It is part of the medicine.
Every major healing tradition — Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Greek medicine — included therapeutic touch as a foundational practice. The reason is simple: the body stores stress in the fascia, in the connective tissue, in places that movement and breathwork alone do not always reach. Skilled hands find them.
During the retreat you will have access to professional therapeutic bodywork — deep tissue, relaxation, and Ayurvedic Abhyanga warm oil treatment — delivered both indoors and, on the right days, outdoors in the Marbella sun with the Sierra Nevada visible on the horizon.
Eleven rooms. Each named. Each distinct. Each designed with the same principle — that your sleeping environment is not decoration. It is a therapeutic input.

The M3 Sleep Protocol is introduced on Day 1 of the retreat. The environment at Viluz is built to support it completely: no traffic noise, no light pollution, no obligations pulling at your attention in the evening hours. The wind-down practices we use each night create the conditions for the quality of sleep that most people have forgotten their body is capable of.
Matthew Walker at UC Berkeley has shown that one night of poor sleep reduces cognitive function to the equivalent of legal intoxication. Most people are running at this level chronically. Four to seven nights here will remind you what rested actually feels like.
Looking through the open doors into the arched suite, jute rug, warm light, mountain view beyond. Each room at Viluz holds its own character — a different orientation, a different morning light, a different name from the traditions we draw from.

The grounds at Viluz are not landscaping. They are landscape — four hectares of cultivated and wild terrain moving between formal Moorish gardens, natural water features, ancient olive and fig trees, open meadow, and forested hillside.
The Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku — forest bathing — describes exactly what happens when you walk here. Exposure to natural environments activates involuntary attention, allowing the prefrontal cortex — the part of the brain that plans and worries — to genuinely rest. Not distracted. Rest.

Integration does not happen in the sessions. It happens in the hours between them — in the outdoor lounge, by the pool, on the terrace, in the gardens. We build that time into the retreat deliberately. It is not unscheduled. It is essential.

The Ayurvedic tradition describes sandhya — the transitional periods around sunrise and sunset — as times to be met with awareness rather than distraction. The change of light, the shift in temperature, the quality of silence: your nervous system registers all of it even when your mind does not.
We begin each day with the rising light and close each evening intentionally — guided meditation, open reflection, or simply sitting together and watching what Marbella does with the last hour of sun.
Every day serves a purpose. The M3 Marbella Retreat is not a collection of pleasant activities — it is a structured arc, the same arc that underpins the M3 Sanctuary vision, compressed into four to seven days of intentional daily practice.
Most guests arrive carrying things they cannot name — accumulated stress, disrupted sleep, muscular tension, and a mind still running at the speed of daily life. The corrective phase is designed to support the body and mind in beginning to settle. Many guests report a noticeable softening within the first 48 hours.
Once the body has begun to release, the restorative phase rebuilds. This is where the deepest M3 coaching work happens — identity, decision architecture, the metabolic principles explored at a level the online programme cannot reach. By the midpoint, most guests report a shift difficult to describe and impossible to miss.
The final phase is about taking it home. Every tool, practice, and insight of the retreat is consolidated into your personal M3 Blueprint — the single page that holds your entire system. The ancient traditions healed people. The great ones sent them home with a practice.

The M3 Sanctuary — a permanent residential healing centre in the mountains above Marbella — is the vision being brought to life. The disciplines, the programme arc, the community model, the philosophy: everything you experience at Viluz is a direct expression of what is being built.
Guests of the retreat are, in the truest sense, the founding community of the M3 Sanctuary. The first people to live the full vision. The ones whose experience shapes what is built. If the retreat moves you — and we believe it will — the Sanctuary is the next chapter. And you will have been here from the very beginning.
Discover the M3 Sanctuary
Not just the retreat at Viluz — though that alone is something I am genuinely proud of. But the larger vision behind it. A place where the M3 System is not something you practise between meetings, but something you live in fully, for as long as you need to, in an environment built for exactly this purpose.
I spent fifteen years in Miami building businesses while my health paid the price. I know what it feels like to succeed on the outside and deteriorate on the inside. When I finally stopped, I went back to my roots — naturopathy in Berlin, Ayurveda in India, yoga teacher training in Bali. I spent four years rebuilding everything, slowly, systematically.
What I rebuilt is the M3 System. And the M3 Sanctuary in the mountains above Marbella is going to be its permanent home. Viluz is where that vision lives right now — a small, private experience of everything the Sanctuary will become. If that speaks to you, I would love to have you there.
